At Ochs, Inc., we are a sales and service organization specializing in public employee benefit plans. We partner with employers and the advisors who serve them to ensure that proper plan designs and pricing are in place for their employees.

Our headquarters are in Saint Paul, Minnesota, but we serve clients nationwide. As a member company of Securian Financial Group, we are able to provide the resources of a national company, yet still provide the personal touch of a locally operated business.

Our style of personal service allows us to stay connected to both employers and the benefit needs of their employees. We begin by reviewing existing benefit communications. We then work with advisors and employers to determine the best approach for participant communications to increase plan participation and maximize employee satisfaction.

Ochs, Inc. is the originator and exclusive administrator of The Municipal Pool which features life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) products. By leveraging purchasing power through pooling, we give small- and medium-sized public employers the same insurance buying advantages as large employers.
