Thomas W. Ochs, CEO
:  37 years of experience.  Tom leads a team of professionals providing sales, marketing, enrollment and administration of public sector employee benefit plans.  His role in maintaining key relationships with clients and carriers helps to make Ochs, Inc. unique.

Cambra M. Aasen, President:  15 years of experience.  Cambra provides overall leadership and management for the organization and is responsible for strategic planning, marketing, sales, and service goals and results.  She manages relationships with distribution partners and potential clients.

William H. Ochs, COO
23 years of experience.  Bill is the former President and CEO of Ochs Services, Inc. where he specialized in the marketing, sales and enrollment of supplemental retirement plans.  Bill has a proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Corrina S. Boehm, Administrator of Sales and Marketing:  3 years of experience.  Corrina provides marketing skills she obtained from her previous experience as a Marketing Production Coordinator.  She assists with the formal Request for Proposals process and provides administration for new business accounts. 

Timothy J. Casey, Account Manager
38 years of experience.  Tim has worked with the State of Minnesota account for his entire career.  He works with the Human Resource Departments of a variety of State agencies, conducts employee meetings, and continues to serve State employees throughout Minnesota.

Amy L. Coulter, Assistant Administrator of Sales and Marketing:  23 years of experience.  She was an employee with Minnesota Life for 10 years and joined Ochs in 1994.  She has provided assistance in a variety of roles over the past 12 years and has returned as a permanent employee, providing administrative support and accounting functions. 

Alicia E. Edin, Manager of Client Services and Administration:  16 years of experience.  Alicia is the main point of contact for customer service for our clients.  She specializes in groups that are part of The Municipal Pool and provides expertise to employers and employees covering a vast number of topics.

Patricia J. MacKenzie, Account Manager12 years of experience.  Pat has over 25 years of insurance experience in claims, sales and account management in both the self-funded and fully-insured fields.  She presently services the State of Minnesota account.

Beth C. Reidenbach,
Manager of Sales and Marketing:  19 years of experience.  Beth spent a number of years as an account manager specializing in enrollment and group presentations for key clients.  She then served as Manager of Administration, coordinating the efforts of account managers and office support staff in the goal of providing unsurpassed service to our clients.  Her new role brings her back in direct contact with clients, which she finds both exciting and enjoyable.

Emily L. Watters, Assistant Administrator of Client Services:  5 years of experience.  Emily provides customer service and administrative support for The Municipal Pool, including processing enrollment forms and gathering data.  She also specializes in administrative support for the State of Minnesota account.
